This organic honey is produced from hives placed on certified organic land in Mexico's Yucat-n region - a landscape rich in tropical wildflowers and cactus plants. The result is a dark, aromatic honey with a bold tropical flavour, unique to the region. Cold extracted, cold filtered and unblended like all Littleover honeys, it retains its natural enzymes and floral character. With its robust taste, it's ideal for baking, glazing, sweetening drinks or simply spreading over hot buttered crumpets. For something different, try adding a spoonful to chilli con carne or spicy sauces for a subtle touch of sweetness and depth.
