Bacheldre Organic Stoneground Strong Unbleached White flour has been gently dressed to sift out the bran. They don't use any bleaching/heating processes to artificially whiten it. Very small particles of bran pass through the sieve and this characterises the natural wheaten colour of the bread. Ideal for bread making.
