Assistant Lead Grower

We grow a wide range of stock free organic vegetables and fruit in our 2.5 acres of glasshouses. We are the only “veganic” certified farm in NW England. Our own crop vegetables and fruit are sold, along with a large range of organic groceries, via our delivery service which serves around 400 people and through our on-site farm shop. As assistant lead grower you will assist with crop planning, production and harvest as well as record keeping. You will also take the lead in managing our volunteers.
