A Dark Rye Sourdough with a beautiful rich brown colour and crackled crust. I has a deep, malty, caramel flavour which is incredibly moreish. This is a massively healthy bread, packed full of incredible antioxidant properties thanks to the rye - it is genuinely a superfood.
