The finest Balsamic Vinegars originate in the rolling hills of modena. Suma's traditional premium Organic Balsamic Vinegar is produced by the Lorenzi family deep in the Modenese hills. All grapes that are used are grown on the family farm that has been run organically since 1977. This oak aged vinegar is at least 5 years old and uses the Trebbiano di Spagna, Trebbiano di Modena and Lambrusco Grasparossa grape varieties.
