£3.67 ea Cherimoya / Custard Apple (Spain)

**DO NOT EAT THE SEEDS**

Also known as Custard Apple, and originally cultivated by Incas. The flavour is sweet, somewhere between a pineapple and a pear.

Full of custardy goodness!

Prep. Best eaten when there is some give to the skin. That indicates it is ripe enough to eat. Cut in half or quarters. Remove the seeds, do not eat them. Scoop out the delicious flesh with a spoon. Enjoy!

I simply love our family veg boxes from GWG. It's reassuring to know that their own grown produce is nurtured from seeds that are soil association approved and that they use only organic methods of growing.

We have been customers for several years, and receive some of the most delicious veg ever. There is a choice between buying a box selected by GWG, which works out cheaper, or choosing from a list of items. Thoroughly recommended.
