Beetroot 'Cylindra' (Beta vulgaris 'Cylindra') is a unique, heirloom variety known for its long, cylindrical roots, which are easy to slice and perfect for uniform cooking or pickling. It has smooth, dark red skin and sweet, tender flesh. Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, 'Cylindra' matures in about 60–70 days and is ideal for garden beds or containers. The leafy tops are also edible and nutritious.
